You should be able to knit the entire set with three hanks of Manos, instead of using Noro for the bone.
Dog Collar
Materials: One skein of Manos del Uruguay in main color, one skein of Manos del Uruguay in contrasting color, unwanted dog collar (for hardware), size US 10.5 needle
Gauge: 4 stitches to the inch
Instructions: Cast on 70 stitches in CC. Change to MC, knit 5 rows. Change to CC color, bind off

Add hardware from unwanted collar, making sure it is very secure.

Dog Leash
Materials: Three skeins of Manos del Uruguay wool in three coordination colors, leash clip, Size I crochet hook.
Gauge: about. 4 chains per inch (before felting)
Instructions:
Chain 100 inches (about 400 chains) in each color three times each (total of 9 separate chains)
Secure three chains – one of each color- together at each end. Braid these three chains together and secure at other end. Repeat this step twice more (three braids.)
Secure the three braids together at one end and braid the three smaller braids together and secure at the other end.
Fold one end of the leash over about nine inches (creating a loop for the handle) and secure with two seams sewn with leftover wool.
Slide the leash clip onto the leach on the opposite end of the leash and fold the leach over the clip. Secure the clip by sewing two seams with leftover wool.
Felt the leash by placing it in a zippered pillowcase the run it through a hot/cold agitation and rinse cycle (not the spin cycle) along with several towels or old jeans. You may have to run the leash through more than one cycle to get it to felt to the desired tension.
Dog Anklets
Materials: One skein of Manos del Uruguay in main color, one skein of Manos del Uruguay in contrasting color, size US 8 double pointed needles
Instructions for small anklets are given first with instructions for larger anklets given in parentheses.
Instructions: Cast on 16(20) stitches evenly on three or four needles with the contrasting color. Join being careful not to twist the stitches. Knit 2 (3) rounds. Break off CC. Knit 6(8) rounds in MC. Break of MC. Knit 2 (3) rounds in CC. Cast off. Sew in ends.
Repeat three more times to make a total four anklets.
Dog Bone
sorry no photo on this, it got stollen. (lame, huh? who seals a hand knit doggie bone?)
Materials: One skein of Noro Kereyon (or leftover Manos,) Size US 10.5 needle
Outside:
Cast on 15 Stitches, knit 12 rows, decrease 1 stitch on each side of every row until 7 stitches remain, knit 37 rows, increase one stitch on each side of every row until there are 15 stitches, knit 12 rows, cast off
Knit another matching outside.
Inside:
Cast on 6 stitches, knit 45 rows, cast off
Knit another matching inside
(total of four pieces)
Using the remaining wool, stitch one inside piece to one outside piece longwise with four seams, one on each edge and two in the middle. Repeat with the second inside and outside pieces.
Using a whip stitch around the outer edges, seam the two bones together with the inside pieces facing one another.
Sew in ends

Doggie Ring Toy
Materials: Three skeins of Manos del Uruguay, size
Gauge: Gauge is not important to this project
CO 70 stitches in one color.
Join being careful not to twist
Knit 8 rows
BO- picking up a stitch on the cast on row for each stitch and knitting it together with the bind off stitch. This creates the ring.
Place the needle through the center of the completed ring and repeat the instructions twice more.
